[Ubuntu-PH] Ubuntu-PH Maverick Release Party on October 23

It is confirmed, we have a party on Saturday, October 23, at Orange
and Bronze Software Labs in Makati, 6:00pm onwards. Pressed CDs have
arrived (thanks, Canonical!) and we have people to talk about new
Ubuntu features and sharing new developments on a new national
language keymap.

Feel free to share this invite; share also some food and drink if you
can, too ;)

im new to this Linux world. i discovered ubuntu last august2010 only. i'm
using ubuntu 10,10 now. anybody from sta,rosa Laguna. thanks

There's also going to be a party in Cebu (same day) at JIVE restobar.
According to kidsodateless, there's also one in Puerto Princesa City,
Palawan on the same day, but I don't know the exact location.

Any updates for other areas? It's nice to sync so we can do videostreaming
:)

That would be nice. I am tempted to go to Cebu instead since there is food,
then again it is raining so I'll stick to Makati and enjoy everyone's
company! Ha ha
