[Ubuntu-PH] Maverick release party updates

Seems October 16 is consensus for party day, but I am unavailable at that
time, so may be better to push it further at the end of the month; venue is
still Orange and Bronze in Makati. BTW I have ordered pressed CDs for the
LoCo team so we should expect it to arrive at that time. Program of
activities will be mostly a few talks then socialize.

LOL maybe, though it will take a lot of creativity to create some meerkat
costumes.

BTW Allan tells me he'll give a "what's new" talk for Maverick. I dunno if
we can push for a live stream with Ubuntu Zamboanga though, considering the
date.

CDO peeps haven't agreed on anything yet. There's still a lot of things
needed done.

It seems that CDO might opt for the 30th as well.
