not, I think we could develop a team to write the books... although there is
the time constraint

I came across http://fridge.ubuntu.com/node/604 so I think it is also
plausible to translate this book and adapt it for Philippine use.

I can't do much as of the moment and am hoping the list will be able to
extend some help to them maybe channel their plea to someone in Ubuntu main.
