[Ubuntu-PH] Drupalcamp Cebu 2014 - Open Source event

Hello,

Sorry for the direct email. I am Luc B?zier, I got recommended to contact you by Canonical.
I am co-organizing a Drupalcamp in Cebu City, Philippines. First ever Drupal camp outside of Manila, it is the first opportunity for people in Cebu City and its region to attend a camp and attend sessions here with speakers from other countries Taiwan, Japan, USA, Australia and more. Drupal is an open source platform for web development and CMS.

I live in Cebu since 2013 and been surprised to see that the community in Cebu has been pretty active since january 2010, and had for example 19 events in 2013. Cebu city is the second biggest city of the country and we are targeting 70 to 100 people during this one and a half day event (15 & 16 November 2014). The event focus on Drupal and all open source technologies related to web development, and this includes Ubuntu ;)

I would love to find ways to partner on the event with leading actors in the open source world such as Ubuntu. We are looking for Sponsorships and Partnerships in goods / freebies. Please see document in attachment for more detail. Sponsors available are "Coffee sponsor", Bronze & Silver.

I also would like to invite personally any ubuntu lover who would like to join us at the event and speak. You are MORE than welcome here ! :)
It's a great opportunity for :
- Networking in South East Asia
- Get in touch the local community
- Promote your products and services to professionals and student in the Visayas region
- Attend the first drupalcamp in this part of the world
- Attend sessions with speakers from Philippines, USA, Australia, Taiwan, Japan ...
- Get a tan on the beach!

Hope we can find a way to promote Ubuntu to students and professionals who will attend Drupalcamp Cebu.
